Hi all,

I thought I was recovering so well, and then it turns out I've been using certain foods as purgatives. By purgatives I mean foods that cause diarrhea for me - specifically coffee, spicy and oily foods, takeaway, nuts and fruit...y'know just the usual stuff that causes digestive upset for people. The problem is that with this continuous abuse, now most food is having some kind of laxative effect...and my mind LOVES this.

Now that I've seen this, I've noticed my mind craves this lightness of food just kind of "falling through" while my body apparently craves the heaviness of fullness. Have you experienced this? How do you go about it?
