Hey fam, it's me again, desperately in need of some anecdotal advice from you seasoned recoverers 😅
Those of you who went the "honour the extreme hunger" route, what did your days look like? I know it's a very individual experience...but if you're still sickly full from the day before, do you force yourself to eat regardless of hunger the next breakfast? AND HOW ON EARTH DO YOU FUNCTION LIKE A NORMAL WORKING HUMAN BEING? I end up having to put off my ravenous appetite until night, then I end up having a really late night and being all gross and seedy the next day. So at the moment I'm restricting during the week so I can have this one day off where it's just like GAIN AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE...not ideal.
Do you just get up, eat your normal meals and snacks and get on with daily life like nothing happened? What about work? How did/do you do it?
Thank y'all so much for your sagely wisdom 🙏
