So I tried satisfying EH cravings by being a creatively anorexic cook...the food turned out wonderful, but, as I'm sure we all know too well, dreadfully dissatisfactory. I just want to share this part of my informal EH diary because the anxiety is getting the better of me:
Yesterday at 9:30pm: Dinner - falafel snack pack with hummus followed by a packet of mixed nuts and a glass of coke zero
Today at whenever I can gather the balls together to do so: Lunch - (probably a whole) VEGAN PIZZA!
This is terrifyingly liberating! I wonder how long it will last! When will I decide, "no this is silly, I need to restrict again because logic"? Please send your camaraderie fellow EH-honoring-folk!
