For context, I've been in recovery since late January and my body's EH/recovery mode started in early March. Appetite has been working normally and I've been pretty much eating intuitively and my body has had hunger cues around the same time every day via its "internal clock," and outside of some GI issues early on, I haven't had issues with appetite. However, I ate pretty mechanically yesterday and ate very little in the back half of the day and couldn't finish dinner. I thought it was just a one time occurrence, but today I weirdly woke up hungry physically but felt my appetite "muted" quickly and couldn't finish lunch this time for the first time since this started. My stomach has also felt pretty torn up and I've had trouble sleeping the past few nights and have felt sorts flushed for the first time since early on in this process. Has anyone else ran into this? Is my body going through some kind of weird metabolism thing?
