I've been in recovery since late January and my body went into EH/full-on recovery mode since early March. I'm doing MUCH better than I was the middle of March/April and while I certainly feel better physically in general, I'm still having some "brain foggy" days mentally. Again, certainly better than it was during the peak ED before I started recovery, but it's there some and it's frustrating, because one of the big reasons I started recovery was because I was so low energy from brain fog and my senses of joy towards things I like and emotions in general felt dulled. For context, I have been eating intuitively and listening to hunger cues, have been doing everything my dietician/ED specialist has told me, my most recent blood work came back the healthiest it's been since I started recovery, and while I've been cleared to exercise a little bit ago, I've been setting a cap on how long I go (mostly skateboarding and a lil' weight lifting) from the advisement of my support team to not make my condition worse. Is it normal to still be having brain fog at this stage? I know everyone's bodies are different, but at what point did yours go away?
