Hey guys, so after my 19263th relapse I'm trying to recover once again and this time I'm eating like crazy and not necessarily because I'm hungry, but because eating brings me comfort which is making me question my eating habits because in my mind this is still very disordered, but it seems like its on the other end of the spectrum. So I wanted to ask if any of you have experienced this "comfort eating"
