A friendly reminder of the sub rules

Happy February everyone!

You've probably noticed the influx of struggles since the holiday period. This is completely normal! The whole world struggles to some extent over the holidays, and we have to deal with that *and* our own recovery 😬 So the fact that you're all here is really great!

We do have to remind everyone though that as we can be especially vulnerable we all have to consider the whole community here, so while you're allowed and encouraged to vent/seek help etc. please remember:

Rules:

  1. No photos
  2. No pro-ED content
  3. No medical advice
  4. No talk-me-off-the-ledge posts
  5. No self-harm/suicide posts
  6. No fatphobia
  7. No self-promotion
  8. No asking/offering DMs
  9. Over 13 years old only
  10. No diet tips
  11. No encouraging weight loss
  12. Research/survey approval
