Centreville area friends, the Centreville Planning Study is beginning a new phase with a Community Task Force.
The group kicks off their work today – Thursday, April 11 at 7pm. The first meeting will focus on process, the task force meeting schedule and logistics, and an introduction to the Comprehensive Plan. To hear their discussions, you are welcome to join us at Centre Ridge Elementary School cafeteria.
The task force will meet regularly over the next several months to form recommendations for the Centreville Planning Study that will help guide future land use and development decisions for the Centreville area.
With staff analysis, task force input and community feedback, this planning study aims to identify new Comprehensive Plan priorities, potential opportunities for redevelopment, and/or changes to the Comprehensive Plan.
