Salt Lake City is pretty but has the largest blocks and the widest streets in the US, with entire blocks dedicated to parking. Walking a couple of blocks takes 10 minutes (lights are incredibly slow)

I was visiting this week and was shocked when maps said a 4 block walk would take 20 minutes. I looked it up and they have the biggest blocks in the whole country.
