Speed limits should be determined by weight.

Force = mass x acceleration
The bigger the vehicle the more force it has. The less ability to stop in time for pedestrians.
Even if it was just 5 mph slower than the speed limit, it’d make a huge difference.
Heavier EVs and oversized trucks would be affected most by the change.
