Recording show on both profiles but only appears on one?

My husband and I are both recording Survivor new episodes on Fubo, each to our own profile. Two weeks ago, it recorded on my profile but not his. This week, it recorded on his profile but not mine. It's like it only records on one of the two, and it's not consistent about which one. Is this a common problem? Is there a fix?
