How do people meet in this town?? (sorry if I shouldn't post this here)

I'm a young business professional in Fort Smith (26M) and truly am having a difficult time finding people my age to socialize with, date, etc. I hate dating apps, but I think I really missed out during the end of college by not finding someone to settle down with right after college. All of my friends (from high school and college) are not here but are all marrying and having babies. I feel like I go to work with married men/women who are all 40 years old, go home, eat, sleep, repeat. HOW DO PEOPLE MEET IN THIS TOWN?
