Hair growth at injection site

I recently noticed new/darker hair growth at my injection sites. This is pretty much the only change I've notified since I started T five months ago.
A quick Google search brought up a very small study(?) that involved two younger trans men that had both grown hair at their injection sites but it doesn't have that much information and idk if it's reliable.
Has anyone else experienced hair growth specifically at their injection site?
