immobilizing mid/upper back pain. Could it be from binding?
Post Body

I have work in 20 min but idk if I can get up! The pain set on really abruptly two days ago and got better then bad again.

How do I tell if I fucked up my ribs or lungs from binding too much? I don't see any bruising, but there is an occasional throb of pain in my ribs. None of them hurt to the touch either. Could this be a binding injury? I can't find any helpful info online :/
