How to cope with waiting?

Post Body

I'm 16, so I should *technically* be able to get hrt without a parents consent where i live- but I only realized that a few months back, and have had no luck so far :(
Probably gonna have to just keep on waiting until I'm 18- it's been 4 years of me knowing in some form that I'm trans and want to transition though.
I've been out for most of that, to the extent that I can I look how I want to. There are no gender affirming tips left I haven't tried, to cope with dysphoria- binding and packing, etc etc, helps a little, but... I just need to start hrt, I don't know what to do anymore.

I have a counsellor finally, but she knows nothing about trans stuff, and honestly isn't super helpful even with the other stuff?

I'm really worried that even once I turn 18 and move out, to a new city and province, where there's informed consent and I won't live in a small town anymore, I'll just be on a really long waitlist... I wish I had known about blockers when I was young enough, but it's seriously too late for that now :(

I'm waiting for the chance to wait. haha.

TL;DR if anyone has any tips on getting hrt at 16 without parents consent in Ontario Canada, or if you know how to cope with waiting a little better, please let me know ;3;
