how often do you see your hormone doctor?

I’m 9.5 months on T. I used to see mine every three to four months. Saw her in August, December, and March. Today she said I wont need to get my levels checked again until December, so I won’t be seeing her for another 9 months. We upped my dose slightly today but I’m worried about it not being high enough and thought we would be increasing it again in a few months. Is this normal?
