Small amount of blood on nipple dressings? 11 days pos DI

My nurse mentioned the changing in pigment of the grafts, but is it normal to have small amounts of blood on my adaptic gauze when I change it? It's not gushing but I'm guessing its from the scabs peeling off? I'm just worried because they never mentioned it bleeding at all. I'm going to send them pictures but it's Sunday morning so I won't get a reply until tomorrow afternoon.
