hey y'all, i'm pretty small-chested but still have a lot of chest dysphoria. For the most part I conceal by using too-small undershirts and layering and stuff, but I think I want a legit binder. My undershirts keep stretching out and not doing the job anymore.

But, I have upper back pain already so I'm hesitant to try a full intensity binder. Sports bras make me feel more dysphoric than just going without, so that wont do. I want something that you wouldn't be able to tell under clothes what it is-- it could be undetectable or just look like an undershirt.

Do you have recommendations for binders that provide only light to medium binding power?
