Okay, hear me out. I am so very turned off by the idea of caring for the new nipple (neo nipple? Nipple graft? Honestly not sure what it’s called), that I actually plan to go the route of having no nipples. I still plan on doing that (hopefully this year!) I’ve known I didn’t want to deal with the new nipples since I first heard of it, and I immediately knew that I was going to do the no nipple kind of top surgery since I learned it was a thing.

But I got this ridiculous thought and it’s like an itch I can’t scratch.

Can you keep your original size nipples with top surgery?

I know that some AFABs have REALLY LARGE nipples, but I do not. Mine are bigger than an AMABs nipples, but on the smaller size for AFABs. My chest size is larger though (like size DD)

Edit: please know every time I wrote nipple, I mean the nipple and areola… the whole thing, you know.

Edit 2: I try to use inclusive language, but in this case, for this post “cisgender men” is more appropriate than saying AMABs. my bad.
