did my drs office screw up?

i went to do my t injection (intramuscular) this morning with a new set of syringes when i realized the needle looked shorter than usual. i checked the label and it said 5/8”. i don’t know how long the other ones were but i looked it up and it said that 5/8” is usually used for subcutaneous injections. do you think my drs office screwed up? or could it be the right length? what should i do?
