Hello!

First off, a disclaimer. I am a cismale (bi, if that's relevant) eunuch due to a really insistent bout of cancer a few years ago. After a bilateral orchiectomy I now do not produce any testosterone. This is fine so far as I get jabbed by a nurse with a healthy dose of Nebido every three months.

However, now I am healthy and able, I would like to return to working internationally. This would potentially require stockpiling and self administrating hormones while crossing international borders. My urologist was very reluctant to discuss this the last time I saw them and my GP doesn't seem to know much about it at all.

A web search is giving me maybe too much information, so I am turning to my brothers and others and asking if anyone has an insight into either obtaining a supply and self administration in the UK or keeping up while traveling internationally. I understand there may be topical creams and gels, but unsure of this would be enough for a complete replacement.
