How do you get your high T levels down ?

I understand everyone is different I understand bloodwork depends on when your shot cycle lands. My shot is Sunday I took my test Friday. What id like to know is, if and when you have tested for high levels of T. What did you do to get them down? Skip a dose? Wait a few extra days? Lower the dose? A combination of things?

My bloodwork came back over 1200 ng/dl Not surprised bc I’ve been having some gnarly cramps. We’re lowering my dose, and waiting a few days from normal shot day. Just wondering what everyone else’s experience has been.
