Hi. I’ve been on T for about a year and a half at .25ml every week. Recently I went to my endo to get my levels checked and she said my levels were a tad bit high and that I should reduce to .2. Obviously, I’m going to follow her instructions. The issue is the shot leading up to my appointment I injected a bit more than usual because I was using the rest of the T in the vial & I didn’t think it made sense to leave like .05 in the vial. So instead of .25 I most likely injected a little over .3(For the one time. I don’t do this regularly). Is this worth mentioning to her? Honestly, even the thought of reducing my dosage is causing me a lot of distress. I’ve barely had changes on the dosage I’m at now and I can already feel the dysphoria from reducing it. Again, is this worth mentioning to her? Is it going to change anything?
Note: To be clear I’m not asking if I should listen to her regarding lowering it. I just want to know if mentioning my concerns is worth it or could change anything.
Thanks in advance.
