I've been planning to change my name since last year and when I had started planning I had a close group of friends who I had wanted to go to court with me. I wasn't really happy with them so, in the end, I didn't have anybody else but my sister with me to celebrate at the court. Though,I did get to share the small victory with a other trans person also changing their name at the court
Thought I could share this here to celebrate though! I'm not very excited thinking about all the forms, calls, and appointments I have to make to change other documents, but for now I'm just gonna let myself be content for finally being me :)
