T has made me very quiet

Im AuDHD and usually a loud person when doing activities, or talking in general. I’m almost a year on T and I noticed I’m a lot quieter and reserved now. I couldn’t imagine screaming now that my voice has changed.
Wondering if anyone feels the same, lol.
