Anyone ever considered or done breast reduction rather than just getting rid of them? I'm a nonbinary trans man with a big top that causes me back troubles. I've been perusing this subreddit for a couple days and it's really helped me with my identity. I'm debating whether to look into top surgery or just getting a breast reduction and continuing to bind. Right now, binding doesn't make a huge difference if I'm being honest. And some days I don't mind appearing feminine, though I'd rather appear masc. Maybe I just want to keep my options open? Or maybe I'm afraid of making a permanent decision. Has anyone else struggled with this before?
