Why am I so flipping hungry? I’ve been on hormones for nearly a year and a half, I’m 24 and was a a vegetarian. I don’t cook meat, cause it disgusts me. But holy man, over the last month or so I’ve been craving meat. I’ve only eaten chicken, but I crave it so intensely. I’m so hungry all of the time. I’m trying to lose weight but I literally feel like I’m starving if I don’t eat every 2-3 hours. I try to eat healthy, make myself some sandwiches, fruit and veggies, but I could eat pints of fruits and veggies and it feels like I’ve not eaten at all. Why am I so hungry? Is this just the hormones cycling through my system? I’m also like super warm all the time. And sweat after the least amount of physical activity. All my levels are normal. Maybe I should exercise more. Idk, man
