I’ll spare everyone the long story but I’ve been battling utis for over 2 years. I have seen every doctor I can think of, urologist, urgogynocologist, hormone therapist, pelvic floor therapist, had a mri, had ultrasound etc ultimately the only thing that we do know is I continue to have high white blood cell count and I also recently switched to gel.

Back story, was on t shots for 2 years randomly started getting utis, I was on a estrogen cream as the same time to treat atrophy which is a hit or miss (sometimes the cream just makes everything itchy and or I end up with bv or yeast. Yes I was taking prescribed doses) After I got tired of the utis and constant dr visits I pulled myself off of t (shots) and it took roughly a year for everything to feel normal, my uti suddenly stopped, my back pain stopped)

It wasn’t long after that I got sad because I became so fat and I almost lost my beard my pcp, hormone therapist and I decided to try t gel. Anyways, I’m on the gel and same results. My back is killing me!! It hurts to put socks on, it radiates from where my kidneys are but majority of lower back pain where all the movement is required for bending)

I have no clue what is happening and I’m hoping someone maybe knows exactly what it is?

I will be totally honest… my back feels so much better off t.. but.. my beard… I don’t want to be of t… idk sos if anyone has anything lmk
