I've been binding with KT Tape for about 4 months and it really helps with my heavy chest dysphoria. Without the tape I'd use nothing or a sports bra because I've had bad experiences with binders. However, my chest is not tiny (C cup) I don't feel satisfied unless I layer my kt tape with a second layer to really pull all the flesh back. I noticed when I do this however that this creates some heavy pressure/pulling sensation where the tape is... I'm just wondering if I am accidentally creating a binder effect and if it's possibly dangerous to work out like this or not :o
