The record between NA State and FSU is currently 25 - 0 - 11. FSU Currently holds a streak of 4 consecutive wins over NC State. Last year when the two teams met FSU staged a 4th quarter comeback to win a nailbiter of a game 24-20. NC State upset the number 3 ranked Seminoles in 2012 with a last minute touchdown, and by many fans are considered one of the biggest trap games we play yearly despite our overwhelming record.
This will be the first game of the year for the Seminoles at home, and with a big question mark at quarterback and special teams we will see how they perform.

Things to look for:
James Blackman. With Deondre Francois out for the season with a knee injury Jimbo Fisher is forced to start a true freshman for the first time at quarterback, well, ever. Blackman is tall and thin, and we're all just praying he doesn't get broken too.
FSU Special Teams. To say special teams was a mess against Alabama is an understatement. There's literally no where to go but up for this group of players.
