Is it a good idea to get my Masters Degree in this university's Literature, Media, and Culture track program?
Post Body
Hello,
So, I've just been accepted into FSU's literature program with "full funding." I am an in-state resident, so tuition shouldn't be too bad, and I've never lived on my own before. Speaking broadly, would you say that:
- FSU's English Department is competitive (i.e., prestigious, well-funded, etc.) when set against Florida's other grad programs (e.g., FAU)? What about at the national level?
- If there are any alumni/current students of this program, what are the pros and cons of studying here? Would you recommend it (say, as opposed to FAU's program)?
- How can I learn more about housing (e.g., On-campus vs off-campus)? How does it work?
Thanks.
