For the fourth month in a row they've deprovisioned my ont.
I found out several things on my hour long call with tech support.
A) random names were on the deprovision order month after month.
B) the after hours techs have no-one who can reprovision it.
C) team lead thinks it's someone in sales who is deprovisioning the ont and only customer service can fix that - and they don't work after hours...
They created a trouble ticket and said they would call tomorrow morning.
After the call I thought about how crazy it is that sales could provision or deprovision an account but tech support can't?
Anyhow frontier does a good job of making Comcast look good.
