Every other month my internet service goes offline - I have various agents running at home that let me know this is happening while I'm at work. I usually call or chat and fake my way through their troubleshooting scripts (yes I've rebooted the router, these are the lights that are on/off etc) until they escalate it to a network engineer who seemingly switches it back on again - and magically all my network agents report back in.
One time while I was talking to a support person on the phone they mentioned there was a deprovisioning order on the device? I could understand this once - but they've done it 3 times this year now.
Anyone else run into this?
