Just did a speed test, is this good or bad? And should I have a tech come speed us up?

I am just not good at knowing what to look for, we have copper dsl and the service is frontier essentials.

We had frontier from May 2018 to Oct 2023 and the speeds were great.....in Oct 2023, spectrum showed up unannounced installing poles and cut through our frontier Internet cable which forced us into getting spectrum, we stayed with spectrum until frontier could repair the cable which was on December 15th....the tech ran an above ground cable to stich the problem up and set us up with our original service that we had from 2018, the problem is that our Internet is now super slow, good connection...just slow speeds.
