What is something you wish Fromsoft would stop putting in their games?

This could be an enemy type, a mechanic, weapon types, anything really.

I've got three myself.

  1. Stop making multiplayer needlessly convoluted. Elden Ring did a lot to fix this, but there's a lot of stupid still happening. Why can't we both ride our own torrents? Why are we restricted to such a small area? Why can't we enter caves together? Why do I have to craft an item to summon my friend? The item is everywhere, why even bother making it a crafting thing?

  2. Needlessly complicated NPC quest lines. Not finding them in some obscure location in the middle of a lake can lock you out of items, dialogue, etc. for an entire playthrough. You found volcano Manor earlier than you thought? No Boggart for this entire playthrough!

  3. Platforming. For God's sakes, Sekiro was okay at it, but just stop doing platforming puzzles. They don't work in this engine and they're just not fun. FromSoft just is not good at that.
