“Inflated” throat? Help!!!

Okay, I just got my Australian whites tree frog about 3 weeks ago. Not sure of age or gender, but I refer to him as he.
I just came into my room to turn off his lights and saw his throat was inflated like this. It has never looked like that.
Should I be concerned? Sorry if it’s a silly question, just a concerned froggie mom!!!!
