I found this little grey tree frog outside last night in the middle of the road. She's super active and fat, but it looks like she's thrown up her stomach and it isn't going back in. I put her in a temporary tank but she hasn't moved much from the spot I put her in. She still reacts to me when I check on her, but shes a bit lopsided. Her eyes look a bit weird too. She made it overnight but I'm worried it's not for much longer. Is there anything I can do to help her? Or am I just giving her a safe place to pass away :(

I'm not looking to keep her, I mainly just wanted to see if it was possible to help her in any way. She seems very uncomfortable and I'm worried someone stepped on her or something:(
