Are my WTFs okay?

I noticed the lighter blue spots on my blue gal just recently that I haven’t seen before (she’s always had the white snowflakes). Also, the small white spots on my honey just appeared after having her for the last year and a half with no snowflakes before! Can WTFs develop snowflakes over time or did she develop some sort of infection? Both frogs are acting completely normal.
