Hello! As the title suggests I was wondering if I would be able to feed my whites tree frogs black soldier fly larvae instead of crickets? I plan on getting a couple frogs soon but don’t want to keep crickets as they chirp and jump around and I will have to keep them in my room. I did some research of my own and found bsfl are pretty good substitutes for crickets but I wanted to ask around from others. I also plan on getting baby white tree frogs and I don’t have the time to be making weekly or even daily trips to my local pet store for crickets bc of school and work.
Edit: Weekly trips would be no problem actually but that would mean I would have to buy a week load of crickets and keep them which I don’t want to do.
