white eyed tree frog turned red with a squinty eye, is he okay? any suggestions on what to do?

Lily is about 20 years old, the last couple of days we noticed his skin turn very reddish and his one eye is very squinty and they are both what i would consider slightly cloudy. I don’t think it is red leg, we’ve had him my whole life but we’re not hugely knowledgeable about amphibian
