As the title implies, we’ve been good friends since 2018, he’s really a nice guy. There was this real real girl that I met in February this year, when I was traveling and I introduced her to my best friend virtually(because they are both American Argentinian). She said she has no IG nor FB only Whatsapp. Fast forward March, I went to USA, They messaged each other and after few weeks, my best friend probably invested feelings toward her. They also exchanged sensitive photos, and later he knew they were all fake photos bc of the watermarks and blocked her. This girl has another girl friend who messaged my best friend and again they sent sensitive photos and also fake photos then he blocked her too. I helped him to uncover the fake photos tho

And suddenly he messaged one of my friend asking if I really met the first girl and my friend said yes. Then my best friend suddenly messaged me with hurtful words out of anger and saying I catfished him and blocked me instead hearing my explanation.

I reached out to him through his other best friends and tried to explain my side since he blocked me, but to no avail, his friends are pointing and putting all the blame to me. I even let one of his bestfriend to remote access my laptop, download my FB and IG information (but he was trying to download 10 years of my info which is not right and too much invading of my privacy). Few days ago, I messaged him in my blog account on IG and tried to mend and explain that it wasn’t me and still he blocked me.

Should I still pursue on mending our friendship?or should I just let him go?
