Which eatery in town has the coldest AC?

My bday is next week and I wanna go out for dinner with some friends, but I’m super heat intolerant (dysautonomia). Hot and/or airless rooms will have me feeling ill and near fainting. I’m not picky on cuisine or “fancy-ness” level. Which places in Fresno have the coldest AC? Any I should definitely avoid? TIA!
