Where is you goto for the best pho/pho spots in town? We had been going to Fresno pho for the longest time on shields and Maroa but they sadly shut down. Sizzle and steam took their place but the vibe and price was off there. Been going to legendary pho for the last year and a half but they have fallen off hard. But when it’s good there it’s really good. And we can split one bowl and it ends up being like 8$ a person instead of 10-15 a person.
