New to freeuse, is this right?

Current LD relationship and I’ve brought up freeuse. But it’s not so much a thing where I’d walk by while she’s reading a book and stick my cock in her mouth. It’s more we have full permission to please each other, so it’s more like I’d have pre-permission to go down on her or she has pre-permission to give me head. Is this still considered freeuse?
