Hi everyone,
Life can be challenging, and I’m here to offer free therapy sessions to those who could use some support. Whether you’re dealing with anxiety, stress, relationship issues, or just need someone to talk to, I’m happy to provide a safe space for you to open up.
Since these sessions are completely free, I ask that anyone who reaches out approaches this opportunity with the utmost respect and courtesy. My time is dedicated to helping you, and I want to make sure the sessions are meaningful and beneficial for both of us.
If you’re interested, please DM me with the following information to help me understand your needs:

• Sexuality
• The main issue you’d like to talk about
• Any formal diagnoses (if applicable)
• Your past experiences with therapy (if any)
Sessions will last 30 minutes to an hour and will be conducted over Zoom. To help build a genuine connection, I ask that you have your camera on during the session. Additionally, I recommend bringing a notepad or tablet to take notes, as we will focus on actionable steps and reflective topics for you to work on independently after our conversation.
A bit about me: I’m a student at Princeton, studying mythology and ethics. While I’m not a licensed therapist, I’m a compassionate listener who is passionate about helping others navigate their challenges. I’m here to offer a non-judgmental, supportive environment.
