We have about 30-40 smaller PBXact 25 systems that we have maintained over the last 3-4 years. We are NOT exiting this business, nor are soliciting for lots of new business, however our main tech that has supported these systems for the last years is moving on to a new job, out of country with limited internet access (he's going to be a guest IT support guy onboard a cruise ship in the Mediterranean go figure). In the mean time we are looking for someone can maintain systems and startup new systems that has better availability than our current tech. (this is not a frequent need but things do come-up).

Our need is not super time sensitive, typically 9-5M-F Pacific time NBD response. So small MSP's providers/ techs are welcome.

T&M or reasonable MRC support costs will be considered.

We are NOT interested in selecting new providers, moving services to cloud or other service solicitations. Simply remote support options.
