Hey, everyone, I am having a degradation problem with my pools I am new to Freenas to please keep that in mind.

Pool Big_Data state is DEGRADED: One or more devices is currently being resilvered. The pool will continue to function, possibly in a degraded state.

So if I am reading this right in the pool raidz2-1 has one drive UNAVAIL and one degraded what can I do for the following

Identify the degraded to replace
Bring the UNAVAIL online?
