zpool status - files that aren't files?
Post Body

So let's start with some blushing admissions. I'm a FreeNAS and zpool total ignoramus. I'd have to go back to school to progress as far as 'idiot'. I'm not an IT idiot - though my boss at work may tell you different (blushes again) - but there you are. In this field I know bugger with a side of all. But I do have a FreeNAS home build I bought off someone else. They've been great helping out from time to time and got me this far after a recent mess, but they're not available right now. So I'm hoping for some advice on a point.

So here it is. Recently I had some disk failures. The file system is ZFS with double redundancy. I've replaced two disks, cleaned off some lost files - but the system still reports as critical. The two disks I've physically replaced are failing to totally logically replace, though the array still functions fine. And there are some elements reported by zpool status I don't understand or know how to clear, which I think are stopping the logical replace completing. So - any idea what these are, and what to do about them?
