SMB Fileshare problem cant figure out.

OK so I have had freenas setup for about a year and everything was running smoothly I was trying to create another SMB file share and now no matter what share or how I log in from multiple windows machines when I create a new folder it creates 4 new folders. When I delete them they sometimes go away or come back in a couple of minutes. (again have tried on multiple windows PC's) When I delete them through root on the freenas server they stay deleted. I have tried restarting everything and nothing is working.

Any ideas?
