Hello Brothers.
I was raised back in 2006 in Las Vegas. Since them I have moved to California, lost storage units, divorced, etc...
Long journey short my lambskin apron doesn't exist anymore.
I would like to replace it. What is the usual procedure? Purchase another and go without signatures under the flap? Purchase another, ship it to my old lodge, and beg for new signatures? Purchase another and join a local lodge and get signatures under the flap done there?
As a secondary question: since the apron goes into its cardboard tube and doesn't come out until my death, I was thinking of purchasing one for display on a wall in a frame. What is the etiquette here? Should it be plain white since I never served in an office? Should it be similar to the regular loaner/meeting apron of my original lodge (simple white with a thin blue boarder)? Or can it be as fancy as I want it ("Man Who Would be King" style) since it's just for display, as long as it doesn't have any lodge officer or past master symbols on it?
Thanks in advance.
